Roger Lipe - Training, Mentoring, and Coaching Leaders in Sport for Over 30 Years

Roger Lipe has invested over 30 years in the spiritual formation of leaders within athletic environments. His work has been shaped by long-term, embedded ministry — not short-term engagement.

He believes sport is a strategic context for discipleship, leadership development, and the visible expression of Christ’s presence. His calling has been to strengthen those entrusted with that responsibility. Roger’s purpose: “I mentor, encourage, and inspire sports ministry leaders as they pursue the fulfillment of God's purposes for their lives.”
